Albadry SCADEMP Approach
The approach acronym comes from the first letters of the following seven main steps, explained in the following sections

1. SCAN
This is the first stage of the approach, this must be executed at the start before doing anything else, it includes scanning the work environment for five factors.

2. CATEGORIZE
Different categories of the workers must be developed based on the work environment exposure to different hazards and based on the different job tasks and descriptions.

3. ADOPT & ADAPT
The list of the hazards in the workplace generated and even the combined hazards in the same workers’ group identified, choose the best available and suitable reference for the organization.

4. DESIGN
The SYSTEM is designed, written, and classified, the best methodology to design an effective system is to create in storytelling cascade, by answering questions (5W & 1H).

5. EXECUTE
Work starts now, actual problems are reported, and feedback is continuously reported to the system owners, Execution is always a great way for feedback and modifications.

6. MATURE
In this stage the organization seek to expose its system to other organization to get maturation, like the accreditation of the system from accreditation organization in occupational health fields.

7. PROMOTE
Finally, we can reach the pyramid top and start to promote the wellness of our employees, if any organization starts to speak earlier about wellness and it doesn’t have a strong occupational medicine system, really is considered a fallacy.
